You are required to submit your Yamaha Tyros model type and colour with every order. This will ensure that we can supply you with the correct part.
All parts supplied are genuine YAMAHA parts unless otherwise stated. We aim to satisfy all orders within 14-working days of receipt. Where parts are out of stock and backorder in excess of this period, you will be notified by email and will be asked if you wish to proceed with the backorder. In all cases, no payment will be taken until parts have been despatched. In the case of a split order, payment will be taken for the parts despatched together with postage charges.
All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail. We will only supply to valid UK postal addresses.
Any damages must be notified within 24hours of receipt in writing/email to email@example.com. Photographic evidence will aid a speedy resolution.

Please ensure you give the correct Tyros model version and colour at time of order. No refund of any part is offered unless it is found to have a manufacturing fault. Fitting of Parts
We always recommend you use the services of qualified personel in cases where the instrument has to be dis-assembled to replace a damaged part. If you wish us to fit the part for you, we have a service facility in Fife. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quotation.
